Our headquarters are located in a lively area of London, yet our campus remains a peaceful haven for study. We neighbour museums, galleries, bars, shops and restaurants, and the area is also much liked for its green squares. The most famous has to be the popular Russell Square, which holds a number of events every summer including the Bloomsbury Festival.
• The British Museum
The British Museum has a permanent collection of nearly eight million world items, art and artefacts, and is among the largest and most comprehensive in existence: illustrating and documenting the story of human culture from its beginnings to the present. The Museum is free to all visitors.
• The British Library
The British Library is one of the two largest libraries in the world, and is the national library of the United Kingdom. It is a major research library holding over 150 million items from various countries and in varied languages, in both print and digital formats. The Library collection includes around 14 million books, along with substantial holdings of manuscripts and historical items dating back as far as 2000 BC.
• Regent's Park
Regent's Park is one of the Royal Parks in London and covers an area of 395 acres with excellent sports facilities spanning nearly 100 acres, including the largest outdoor sports area in central London. The Open Air Theatre in Regent’s Park is the only professional, outdoor theatre in Britain; offering a range of events and performances from May through to September. Queen Mary’s Garden is a world-famous garden named after the wife of King George V. The rose garden is London's largest collection of roses with approximately 12,000.
London Zoo has over 760 animal species and is situated in Regent's park. It is also the world's oldest scientific zoo.
• Oxford Street
This is Europe's busiest shopping street, and has approximately 300 shops.
Our College is located in Ealing, a busy town centre in the heart of West London. Ealing boasts a vibrant and diverse community with a good array of bars, shops and restaurants. It's also well liked for its number of parks and open spaces, the best-known Walpole Park holds a number of events every summer including the Ealing Jazz Festival and Ealing Comedy Festival.

premier professional contemporary arts venue.
• Walpole Park
Ealing's premier park which hosts jazz and comedy
festivals during the summer. Features a rose garden,
water garden, ornamental pond, and Pitshanger Manor
Museum.
• Ealing Summer Festivals 2011
Lovers of music and entertainment can rest assured that
Ealing’s Summer Festivals will once again bring our parks
to life with an explosion of laughter, music and culture
throughout July. With Comedy, Jazz, Blues, Opera and
Global music filling the big top tent in Walpole Park, and
Carnival celebrations in Acton and Greenford, the season
will end in a finale of modern and traditional Asian culture
at the London Mela.
• Fox Wood
One of the few remaining woodland areas in Ealing,
particularly special because of ancient woodland species
at the northern end of the site. It is a great place to see
wild flowers, birds and animals.
• Gunnersbury Park
English Heritage recognises Gunnersbury Park as one of
the most important parks in the country.
